As stated in my previous post, I’m really too lazy tired to get out of the house. So it’s really nice when darlin offered to get the grocery alone. It’s really quite hard to get around Brisbane after we sold the car. The nearest super market is about 20min walk away from our house. And taking into account the number of slopes in my area, I really don’t wanna go out. Once again, thanks darlin! *muackz*

Feeling so cold and having headache. I reckon it’s caused by the change in weather or probably just because my 大姨妈 is visiting. Urgh! Not good. Worst off, darlin is sick too.

I did nothing but spent the whole day customising the theme and layout for the blog. I just realised that moving to another blog feels just like the first time I move in to my current apartment. I wanna customize everything to my way. The colors I used in the apartment we have here is so similar to my blog.

I just have a thing for purple and blue. Typical pisces.

Anyway, I still playing around with wordpress and I urge anyone who blogs often to use this. It’s very user friendly and I’m really surprised that porting over from my previous site can be so easy. Speaking of my old blog, I’m actually a bit 舍不得 to abandon it and to a point, I actually feel guilty. Ok, don’t laugh. I’m sure you will feel sad when you have to move house or something right? So I’m normal.

Perharps this new blog will serve to signify a new chapter of my life. I started the old one when I first study here in 2004 and *blink*, it was two years ago. I will always remember the day I started my blog back then and likewise, remember the day I moved in to out Mitre Street apartment. I will miss this place, definitely.

28 more days. I can’t bear to hand over the keys.

Just installed this and is now wondering if it’s easy to use. The layout looks good and simple. Quite similar to blogger actually. Shall try to customize it when I’ve the time. And of course, many thanks to darlin for paying for this website.

Anyway, you might also noticed the numbers on top of my old post. I guess it’s just some random numbers generated by blogger since I always leave the title blank. If you are boring enough, try breaking them up into smaller segment and try your luck at the lotto. Meanwhile, remember to update your link.

I love it when it’s 19.5°C and drizzling. It’s also times like this when I miss my mummy’s soup. Whenever I got after getting drenched in the rain, mummy will always prepare some soup or simply cook some noodles for me. Mummy’s soups never fail to warm me up.

Alright, 34 days more and I’ll be back! Meanwhile, gotto rush my assignments and study for my exams! Folks! Watch this space!

And yours truly cam-whoring. See, a month of takeaway had made my face so darn FAT AND ROUND AND BIG AND…. DARN! I better do SOMETHING about it.

Yesterday night, I was working at my laptop and darlin on his.

This post is completely random.
Bought this jeans this morning and I’m impressed by how much details is being put into this jeans altho’ it isn’t any of those branded jeans.

My jeans here is a straight leg fit and the maker of this jeans actually had the label on a ribbon and it was sewn on the jeans itself. Hmm..ok people might find it ‘duhz’. But I think it kinda make it special! Maybe I just have a thing for lace and ribbon!

My man is my pillar of support but at times, I can’t stop marvelling at how cute he looks.
Don’t my man look incredibly cute when he’s sleeping. I want our future children to look like him! hehe…

Alright, I know you noticed the cartoon prints too. The cute looking (and I don’t mean childish!) pillow belongs to yours truly and the equally cute/childish blanket is his.
Apparently, both of us are still VERY young at heart.

Although sometimes I secretly wish that my future children will have my “bigger than the boyfriend” eyes and straight set of pearlies…..I really don’t want them to inherit my crazy nature.

You see what I mean?? Crazy, flat hair, specky, disorganised and the ungroomed me.

Almost all the major essay are done and handed in. Just have to wait for the result. I hope everything will be fine and I certainly appreciate no screw up since it is the last semester before I graduate.

Anyway, these few weeks had seriously been very very stressful. Essay, Presentation,Reports etc… I hadn’t been so hardworking all my life. Furthermore, we have to commit some time to selling our stuff as well. Whoever says studying overseas is easy can jolly well go to hell. Ok Pardon me.

So how do you know when you are utterly stressed out?
Few weeks ago, darlin and I were having a little break and we were watching TV when I heard a beautiful song playing.

Me: Hey darlin, nice song right?
Darlin: Hmm..ya..not too bad.
Me: Yea, I always like songs by Tom Bramble.
Darlin: Huh? What Tom Bramble? You mean Michael Buble?
Me: erm..oh ya eh..hee…

You see, what happened was, I had two essay due on that week, both courtesy of Dr Bramble. One is “International HRM and IR” and the other is “Doing Business in Europe“. So you can understand why I can mixed up Tom Bramble with Michael Buble! The former had been in my mind all day!

Ok, seriously, I think I need to relax before I call the boyfriend TOM.

May 8th today!
7 more weeks and all exams will be done!
8 more weeks back to Singapore!
11 more weeks to Graduation!

Time flies especially when you are busy. I still remember the day, 28th June 2004, when I left for Brisbane. Was my best friend birthday but I am still feeling sorry and guilty till now that I did not have time for her on that day. I still remember my colleagues, friends, buddies and of course my family who sent me off. It was not a tearful departure or anythign, just one that was filled with anticipation and uncertainty. I learnt alot fo things over here in Australia. Thiings that can’t be taught and experiences that can’t be bought. However, I am really really grateful that my parents, especially my mum supported by decision of studying overseas. Though naggy at times (most times), mummy always support me in whatever I do.

Back to the time we just arrived. There wasn’t any friends to help us when we touched down and Darlin and I had pretty much have to fend for ourselves. One thing to bear in mind when travelling, bring lotsa money and credit cards. It helps alleviate alot of our problems. We had friends who are unable to find housing and unable to pay up charges, we are lucky that we got through. Frankly speaking, I would not know what to do without darlin by my side. I guess he will always be my pillar of support where ever I am and in whatever I do.
